Nature often serves as an inspiration for art, whether realistic, abstract, or somewhere in between.
This is an open exhibition. Artworks are accepted from all ages, members and nonmembers. Artists may submit TWO pieces of 2-D or 3-D artwork, completed within the past THREE years, or prior works that are representative of the show’s theme and not entered in previous YAA exhibitions. Artwork must be wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers) with a maximum framed size of 48” wide x 60” high. Submissions should be inspired by the artist’s feelings about the theme.
The number of entries will be limited to 100, due to gallery size. Diptychs and triptychs must be in the same frame to be considered one piece. All accepted entries must be relative to the show’s theme and delivered to York Art Association, 220 S. Marshall Street, York, PA 17402 during intake times and dates only.

Changes Regarding Intake: Open Intake is July 16th from 10:00am-1:00pm and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between 5:00pm-6:30pm.
If you plan to drop off during this later time, you must call the office to schedule your intake at least 2 days in advance to ensure that someone will be available to receive it.
Pick up Dates and times: August 29 from 4:00-4:30pm August 30 and 31 from 10:00am to 2:30pm
