Checking your JURIED STATUS:

If you haven't received your email notice(s) from the ArtCall Website by Monday afternoon, OCT 1st, please check your SPAM FOLDERS. Alternately, you may also sign-in to your ArtCall.org account to view your submission's status.

Each submission will have a pink or green colored background as an indicator of acceptance or decline designated by the judge. (See the sample SUBMISSION VIEW image)

 

Artists who have been accepted:

PREPARE YOUR WORKS FOR INTAKE DAY:
1. ALL accepted works must be framed or have finished edges and be correctly wired for hanging using braided wire. (Hooks, sawtooth hangers and unfinished gallery wrapped edges will not be accepted.)

2. LOGIN to your ArtCall account, (using your username and password) and GO TO "SUBMISSIONS."  
PRINT 2 COPIES OF "SUBMISSION BACK LABELS"  for each of your accepted pieces. (See BACK LABEL image) 

Attach one label to the BACK and the other to the BACK RIGHT SIDE of your piece(s) FACING FORWARD, for INTAKE DAY.
Intake Day/Times:
Thursday, Oct. 24 from 10am-2pm

Friday, Oct 25 from 10am-2pm

Sat., Oct 26 from 10am-2pm

 

**IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PRINT YOUR SUBMISSION BACK LABELS, YOU MAY HANDWRITE THEM.**

3. PLEASE make a note that PICK UP TIMES (after the exhibit closes) are:
Sunday, December 15, 4-5:30pm
Monday, December 16, 10am-2pm
Tuesday, December 17, 10am-2pm
Works are not insured after the pick up schedule is over. (You may have a friend pick up for you if you are unable to.) YAA does not ship art for any reason.

OPENING RECEPTION:
The 53rd Annual Open Juried Exhibition opens at the York Art Association on Sunday, November 3, 2024 with a reception from 2pm to 4pm. Light refreshments will be served and awards will be announced at 2:30pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
