The summer has been hot and dry, but the season has already begun to change and the cooler weather will be soon be here. As summer ends, it’s also time for the York Art Association Annual Fall Members' Exhibition!
Many professional and non-professional pieces of artwork will be on display for this fine art exhibit! Since this is a “Members” only show, many of these pieces of art may have been created by family, friends, co-workers, or community members you might know!
The Exhibit will be held in the Art Gallery from September 11 to October 16, 2022. The Opening Reception, free, open to the public, is Sunday, September 11, from 2 to 4 p.m.
All the art pieces will be judged by Brenton Good, Professor of Art from Messiah University. First, second, third place, Best of Show, and two special watercolor awards are given for this show. Many of the pieces of artwork are also for sale.
Running concurrently in the Sally Little Danyo Members' Sales Gallery, will be fine artist, Mary Moores.
The York Art Association is located at 220 S. Marshall Street, York, PA. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 3 p.m. and Sunday, 2-4 pm. Last admittance is 30 min. prior to closing. Contact the Association with questions: 717-755-0028.
