CURRENT EXHIBITION

The 44th Annual Open Juried Exhibition runs through Saturday, December 27. Please be advised that the office and gallery will be closed December 24, 25, and 26 in observance of the Christmas Holiday. The office will also be closed December 31 and January 1, 2016 for the New Year Holiday.

Participating artists are reminded that artwork CANNOT be removed prior to 12pm on Saturday, December 27!

Please contact the office to make other arrangements if you are unable to pick up your work by December 29. Artwork is not insured after Tuesday, December 29.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS & GALLERY COMMITTEE NEWS

Following the resignation of Michael Brothers, the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors have elected Kate Hufnagel as the new President of the Board of Directors. Kate has been serving as the Gallery Committee Chair and will continue to do so until a new candidate has been identified and appointed. If you are interested in serving the York Art Association in this capacity, please contact Kate (president@yorkartassociation.org) or Dan (1st-vice-president@yorkartassociation.org).

Jessica Lee, one of our office managers, has joined the Gallery Committee as the Sally Little Danyo Members’ Sales Gallery Coordinator and the committee is seeking a coordinator for the Studio Gallery Downtown @ Marketview Arts. THE ROTTLER AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN THE VISUAL ARTS SELECTION EXHIBITION
